摘  要:螺旋输送机系统是土压平衡盾构的重要组成部分。通过改变螺旋输送机转速可以调整密封舱内土渣排出速度,从而调整密封舱压力。提出一种基于流量补偿单泵供油的新型螺旋输送机电液控制系统,详细介绍其工作原理,并给出液压系统的设计计算,分析基于流量补偿技术的控制方法,最后利用AMEsim软件对系统进行相关仿真研究,比较补偿和未补偿的螺旋输送机转速曲线,验证该系统的有效性及控制方法的合理性,为盾构螺旋输送机系统设计提供参考依据。This screw type conveyor system is an important component of the soil pressure-balanced jumbo.Chip delivery rate within the enclosure compartment can be readjusted through altering RPM of the screw conveyor,while readjusting pressure within the enclosure compartment.The paper introduces a new type electro- hydraulic control system for the screw conveyor,which is based on a single pump for oil supply with flow compensation.You will find details of the work principles together with design and calculation of the hydraulic system.The analyses there are based on the control way with the flow compensation techniques.And finally,it tells how to carry out a relevant simulation study on the system by using an AMEsim soRware.RPM curves are available of the screw conveyor for comparison of flow compensation with those in non-flow compensation,so as to verify the system’s efficiency and fitness of the control method,thus providing reference data for the screw type conveyor system design in the jumbo machine.
