神经肌肉电刺激治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨神经肌肉电刺激疗法对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的治疗效果。方法 48例脑卒中所致吞咽障碍患者随机分为治疗组28例和对照组20例,均给予常规药物治疗和功能训练,治疗组同时进行神经肌肉电刺激疗法,疗程20d。治疗前后进行吞咽功能评分,并进行组间比较。结果治疗组治疗后吞咽功能较对照组有明显提高,疗效差异有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论神经肌肉电刺激疗法治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍有显著疗效。Objective To observe the curative effects of neuromuscular electrical stimulation（NMES）therapy on post-stroke dysphagia（PSD）.Methods 48 patients with dysphagia caused by stroke were randomly divided into treatment group（28 cases）and control group（20 cases）.Both groups received swallowing training and conventional medical treatment.The treatment group was managed with NMES therapy in addition.They were treated for 20 days.The scores of swallowing function were detected befor and after the treatment,and which of the two groups were compared with each other.Results After treatment with NMES therapy,the scores of dysphagia in the treatment group were higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The curative effects of NMES therapy on PSD is great.
