骨肉瘤中凋亡抑制蛋白Livin表达及其与肿瘤微血管密度的关系

摘　　要：目的:研究凋亡抑制蛋白Livin在人骨肉瘤中的表达特点,观察其与肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)的相关性及与临床病理的关系。方法:应用免疫组化技术检测27例人骨肉瘤组织标本中Livin的表达情况及其微血管密度值,结合临床及随访资料综合分析上述检测指标与临床病理的关系。结果:27例骨肉瘤均有Livin的表达。骨肉瘤中Livin表达率介于9%～91%,阳性率58.7%。Livin与肿瘤微血管密度值显著相关(P<0.01)。凋亡抑制蛋白Livin主要定位于肿瘤细胞胞浆、胞膜和肿瘤新生血管周围。临床病理显示Livin表达水平与骨肉瘤侵袭程度呈正相关,而与肿瘤大小无明显关系。临床随访显示Livin高表达组肺转移率高。结论:Livin在人骨肉瘤标本中有明显表达。骨肉瘤Livin的表达与其肿瘤微血管密度值呈正相关,可反映肿瘤侵袭性的强弱。免疫组化检测Livin水平与肿瘤微血管密度值可以作为骨肉瘤患者预后的参考指标。Objective To detect the expression of Livin in osteosarcoma, study the relationships between Livin and microvascular density （MVD） and its clinic pathological significance. Methods The expression and location of Livin and MVD of 27 cases of osteosarcoma were detected by immunohistochemistry. Clinical data was analyzed. Results All 27 cases of osteosarcoma expressed Livin, the positive expression rate of Livin was 58.7% （between 9% to 91%）. Expression of Livin was correlated positively with that of MVD （P 〈 0.01）. Livin was located at cell membrane, endochylema and new vessels in osteosareoma. Expression level of Livin in osteosareoma was correlated positively with tumor invasion, but not with tumor size. The clinical follow-up showed that the overexpression Livin group had high lung transferring rate. Conclusions Livin are expressed positively in osteosarcoma. Expression of Livin is correlated positively with that of MVD. Immunohistochmistry tests of Livin and MVD could be the prognosis indexes for osteosarcoma.
