摘　　要：目的探讨RevoLix 2μm激光治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的安全性及有效性。方法采用RevoLix2μm激光手术系统治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤36例,男29例,女7例,年龄36～81岁,平均年龄67岁。单发肿瘤21例,多发肿瘤15例,肿瘤直径0.5～3.5 cm,肿瘤病理分级为G1～G2,临床分期为T1～T2。手术方法采用RevoLix 2微米激光手术系统,对肿瘤予以汽化切割。结果全部手术均获成功,手术时间10～50 min,平均20min,术中出血0～20 mL,所有患者均未输血,无闭孔神经反射、膀胱穿孔、尿外渗及水中毒等并发症发生。尿管留置1～8 d,平均5 d,术后24 h内给予吡柔比星2 0mg膀胱灌注。术后随访6～15个月(平均10个月),3例非原手术区复发。结论应用RevoLix 2μm激光手术系统治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤手术安全有效、并发症少且术后复发率低,尤其适合高危膀胱肿瘤患者。【Objective】 To evaluate the safety and efficacy of RevoLix 2 micron continuous wave laser vaporesection for the treatment of superficial bladder tumor.【Methods】 A total of 36 patients with superficial bladder tumor were treated with the RevoLix 2 micron continuous wave laser vaporesection,The age ranged from 36 to 81 years with a mean of 67 years.There were 29 male patients and 7 female patients,single tumor in 21 patients and multiple tumors in 15 cases.The diameter of the tumor was 0.5~3.5 cm with the clinical stage Tl～T2 and pathology grade G1～G2.【Results】 All patients underwent operations successfully and the mean operating time was 20 minutes（range 10～50 min）.The catheter time was 5 d（range 1～8 d）.The volume of bleeding was very small,no patients required blood transfusion.No complications such as obturator nerve reflex,bladder perforation and overhydration occurred.The patients were followed up from 6 to 15 months with a mean of 10 months.The tumor recurred in 3 patients.【Conclusion】 RevoLix 2-micron continuous wave laser vaporesection in the treatment of bladder tumors is a safe,effective and minimally invasive method,especially for advanced age or high risk patients.
