奥硝唑合剂治疗牙体牙髓病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价奥硝唑合剂对牙体牙髓病的临床疗效。方法 109例牙体牙髓病患者随机分成两组:治疗组(56例),给予奥硝唑、碘仿、地塞米松合剂做根管治疗;对照组(53例)给予常规根管治疗,观察两组的疗效。结果两组经过治疗后,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥硝唑合剂治疗牙体牙髓病效果明显,值得临床推广。【Objective】 To evaluate therapeutic effect of Ornidazole mixture on dental pulp disease.【Method】 109 patients with dental pulp disease were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group（56 patients） and control group（53 patients）.The patients in treatment group were given Ornidazole mixture for root canal treatment and the ones in control group received the conventional root canal treatment.【Result】 The efficacy of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group after the treatment.【Conclusion】 Ornidazole mixture shows the obvious effect in the treatment of dental pulp disease,which is worthy to be widely considered for clinical use.
