摘  要:目的探讨枸杞多糖(LBP)和海带多糖(LJP)联合干预对受慢性腹部电离辐射的雄性大鼠生殖系统损伤的协同效应。方法将40只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照、阴性对照、LBP、LJP和LBP+LJP联合共5组;适应性灌胃7d后,除对照组外,其余各组进行连续4w(周末除外)的60Coγ照射,每日1次,源靶距离80 cm,吸收剂量率为0.925Gy/min,照射总剂量每只2.3Gy。照射部位为下腹部,髂前上棘以上部分用3mm铅板挡住。照射期间根据分组每日灌胃1次,灌胃体积相同。照射完毕7d后,计数精子数和精子活率、测定睾丸、附睾、精囊腺、前列腺的脏器系数、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量,并观察睾丸组织切片的形态学改变。结果与阴性对照组相比,LBP+LJP联合作用组睾丸脏器系数、精子数及精子活率增加,MDA含量明显降低,SOD活力升高,组织受损程度明显减轻,且效果优于LBP、LJP单独作用。结论 LBP+LJP联合作用对受慢性局部电离辐射大鼠的生殖损伤有一定的防护作用,联合作用功效从整体上优于LBP、LJP单独作用。Objective To investigate the coordinated effects of LBP(Lycium barbarum polysaccharide) + LJP(Laminaria japonica polysaccharide) on chronic ionizing radiation-induced reproductive injury in male rats.Method Forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups: control group,negative control group,LBP group,LJP group and LBP+LJP group.After the adaptable gavage for 7 d,except the control group,the other groups were treated with 60Coγ-ray abdomen irradiation everyday in 4 w(except the weekends),with target distance of 80cm and the total dose of 2.3 Gy for each rat.The irradiation locations were on the lower abdomen and the part above anterior superior iliac crest was protected with 3 mm thick grid.During irradiation,the rats in every group were daily administered i.g.with the liquid of equal quantity respectively.The organ coefficients of testis,epididymis,seminal vesicle-prostate and the sperm count and viability were determined and the content of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) of testicular tissue and the morphological changes were observed 7d after stopping irradiation.Results Compared with the negative control group,testicular organ coefficients,sperm count,sperm viability and SOD activity in LBP + LJP group were increased while the MDA content reduced.Conclusion The combined effect of LBP+LJP for protection against chronic ionizing radiation-induced reproductive injury in rats is superior to LBP or LJP alone.
