摘  要:考虑动压气体径向轴承中气膜压力变化小的特点,对润滑Reynolds方程的非线性项进行适当近似,得到线性Reynolds方程。利用有限差分法求解该近似Reynolds方程,得到动压气体径向轴承的压力分布,分析气体径向轴承性能,计算得出轴承承载力的大小,并与文献中的实验数据进行比较。与直接数值解相比,该数值解计算结果与实验数据吻合较好。Considering the characteristics that there small changes of the gas film pressure in the aerodynamic journal bearings, the linear Reynolds equation was obtained by appropriating the nonlinear items of lubrication Reynolds equation. The pressure distribution of aerodynamic journal bearings was attained by solving this approximate Reynolds equation by means of Finite Difference Method (FDM). The beating capacity of aerodynamic journal bearings was calculated by analyzing its performance, and compared with experimental data. By comparison with the direct numerical solution, it was found that calculated result by numerical solution shows better agreement with experimental data.
