点线啮合齿轮最大接触应力计算的研究

摘　　要：根据点线啮合齿轮啮合特点,对点线啮合齿轮进行受载和应力分析,得出点线啮合齿轮啮合时,最大接触应力点为单对齿C点的结论。运用赫兹公式推导出了单对齿C点接触应力的计算公式。According to meshing characteristics of point-hne meshing gears, after load-bearing and stress analysis is conducted, a conclusion of the maximum contact stress point being a single pair of tooth C point is obtained when point-line meshing gear is meshed. Hertz formula was used to deduce a calculation formula about single pair of tooth C point.
