摘 要:本文从反馈调节和核受体调节两个方面概述了胆固醇7α-羟化酶(cholesterol 7α-hydroxylase,CYP7A1)的调控机制,综述了近年文献报道的氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质等食品功能因子、中药单体和提取物等生物活性成分对CYP7A1的影响和调节,分析了CYP7A1靶点药物的开发前景和目前研究存在的问题,旨在为CYP7A1靶点药物的筛选和机制研究提供参考。This review outlined the mechanisms underlying regulation of cholesterol 7α-hydroxylase(CYP7A1): feedback regulation and nuclear receptor regulation.The bioactive components affecting CYP7A1 and the regulation modes are summarized from the related articles.These bioactive components include functional food factors(such as amino acids,polypeptides and proteins) and bioactive components from traditional Chinese medicine.In addition,the development prospect and current problems of the drug discovery targeting CYP7A1 are analyzed.The aim of this review is to provide clues in drug screening and discovery and in mechanism research.
