奥氮平对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨奥氮平对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响.[方法]对本院52例精神分裂症患者使用奥氮平治疗8周,于治疗前及治疗后使用阳性和阴性症状量表（Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale, PANSS）、韦氏记忆量表（Wechsler Memory Scale,WMS）和威斯康星卡片分类测验（Wisconsin Card Sorting Test, WCST）进行评估.[结果]治疗8周后,PANSS总分显著降低[（43.12±13.83） vs （77.68±12.14）,P〈0.01];WCST中错误应答数、非持续性错误的分值显著降低（P〈0.05）;WMS中记忆商（memory quotient,MQ）、再生和理解的分值显著升高（P〈0.05）.[结论]奥氮平治疗精神分裂症可改善患者的认知功能.[Objective]To explore the effect of olanzapine on the cognitive function of schizophrenia patients. [Methods] Fifty two patients with schizophrenia in out hospital were given olanzapine for 8 weeks. The positive and negative syndrome scale（PANSS）, Wechsler memory scale（WMS） and Wisconsin card sorting test（WCST） were used to evaluate before and after treatment. [Results]After 8 weeks of treatment, the score of PANSS was decreased signifieantly[（43.12±13. 83） vs （77.68±12.14）, P 〈0. 01]. The scores of fault answer and un-durative fault in WCST decreased significantly（ P 〈0.05）. The memory quotient（MQ） and scores of reactive and comprehension in WMS increased significantly （ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Olanzapine can improve the cognitive func tion of schizophrenia patients.
