摘  要:以异隐纯合体杂交法组配的3个甜糯玉米品种为材料,观察了其主要农艺性状,测定了青苞适收期子粒中的多种营养成分含量。结果表明,甜糯13-3的抽雄、散粉、吐丝较快,穗长较长,青苞产量较高。3个甜糯玉米品种在青苞适收期都含有粗蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C以及钙、镁、铁、锰、铜、锌、硒等多种营养成分,但在3个甜糯玉米品种中尚未发现各种营养成分含量都最高的品种。3个甜糯玉米品种比其对应的糯玉米亲本的可溶性总糖含量都有增加,3个甜糯玉米品种中,甜糯13-2的可溶性总糖含量最高。The agronomic characters of 3 sweet-waxy maize hybrids combined by the cross between allotypic recessive homozygotes were observed;and the content of main nutritional ingredients in their grains was measured in the fresh days.The results revealed that the time for tasseling,pollinating,silking of TN13-3 were short,the ear length was long,and the yield of fresh ear was high.There were many kinds of nutritional ingredients in the grain of 3 sweet-waxy maize hybrids in the fresh days,including rough protein,amino acids,vitamin E,vitamin B1,vitamin B2,vitamin C,calcium,magnesium,iron,manganese,copper,zinc and selenium.The sweet-waxy maize hybrid in which all kinds of nutritional ingredient contents were all high was not found.The soluble sugar content of 3 sweet-waxy maize hybrids was higher than that of their corresponding parental waxy maize.The soluble sugar content of TN13-2 was the highest among the three breeds.
