摘 要:对植物源农药16%赤菌宁和14%斑菌净对于真菌病害烟草赤星病的抑菌机制及田间防治效果进行了探讨。结果表明,16%赤菌宁稀释200倍和300倍以及14%斑菌净稀释200倍对烟草赤星病病菌孢子的形成和菌丝的生长均有明显的抑制作用。两者在30℃处理后,pH值6~8范围内有较好的抑菌效果。田间防效试验表明,16%赤菌宁稀释200倍和14%斑菌净稀释200倍的相对防效分别为86.6%和84.7%,与对照药剂40%斑赤特稀释500倍防效相当,表明这2种植物源农药是较好的农用抑菌剂。This article studied on the antibacterial mechanism and field control effects of two types of botanical pesticides,16% Chijunning and 14% Banjunjing,against Alternaria alternata.The results showed that 16% Chijunning at a dilution fold of 200 and 300 and 14% Banjunjing at a dilution fold of 200 inhibited sporulation and mycelium growth effectively.These two types of botanical pesticides under the environment with pH 6-8 and 30℃ had obvious antibacterial effect.The field test showed that the effects of 16% Chijunning at a dilution fold of 200 and 14% Banjunjing at a dilution fold of 200 were 86.6% and 84.7% respectively,which were the same as the effect of 40% Chibante at a dilution fold of 500.These two types of botanical pesticides are preferable agricultural antibacterial agent.
