摘　　要：敏捷性是企业在不断变化、不可预测的竞争环境中生存的能力。为了评价企业的敏捷性，有必要建立企业敏捷性的综合评价指标体系。在介绍了敏捷性的概念之后，分析了敏捷性的评价指标，然后基于时间、成本、鲁棒性和适应性建立了企业敏捷性评价指标体系。该评价方法可用于企业敏捷性度量。Agility is the ability of enterprises to survive in an ever changing and unpredictable competitive environment. To evaluate the agility of enterprises, it is necessary to build a comprehensive evaluating index system. In this paper, the concept of agility is introduced and evaluating indexes of agility analyzed, then an evaluating index system based on time, cost, robustness and scope of change is established, which can be used to evaluate the agility of enterprises.
