摘  要:结合遗传优化算法与车辆动力学仿真,对车轮踏面进行动态优化。建立了与车辆系统关键动力学指标相对应的适应度函数,根据优化目标选择加权系数形成综合适应度函数。以磨耗形踏面作为父本踏面,生成初始踏面群体,使用动力学软件SIMPACK计算不同踏面个体对应的动力学指标,用基因算法对各踏面个体的适应度进行评价,选择适应度较高的踏面进行交叉和变异操作形成新的踏面群体,如此进行数代遗传优化得到了适应度较高的踏面形状。The dynamic optimization is made for wheel treads with combination of the genetic optimization algorithm and the vehicle dynamics simulation.The adaptation degree function corresponding to key dynamics indexes of the vehicle system is set up,the weighting coefficient is selected according to the optimization target,and the comprehensive adaptation degree function is formed.With the worn profile tread as the male parent tread,the initial tread group is generated,the dynamics software SIMPACK is used to calculate the dynamics indexes corresponding to different tread individuals,the genetic algorithm is used to evaluate the adaptation degree of each tread individual,the tread with fairly high adaptation degree is chosen to make the crossever and mutation operation so as to form the new tread group,thus,the genetic optimization of several generations is made and the tread profile with fairly high adaptation degree can be obtained.
