开张式双垫在治疗磨牙症中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的研究开张式双垫治疗磨牙症的临床疗效。方法对48例磨牙症患者应用自制的开张式双垫进行治疗,随访9个月。结果戴用1个月停止磨牙率为37.5%,戴用9个月停止磨牙率为47.9%。戴用前后平均每夜磨牙时间减少有极其显著性(P<0.01)。结论开张式双垫是治疗磨牙症的有效方法之一。Objective To study the clinical effect of the tensile spring occlusal splint on bruxism.Methods48 patients of bruxism were treated with the tensile spring occlusal splint,and follow-up examinations were carried out in the following 9 month.Pre-treatment and post-treatment analysis was performed.Paired t-test were conducted to assess the treatment effects.Results37.5%patients stopped grinding in a month after using occlusal splint,and 47.9% stopped in 9 month.The average grinding frequency each night reduced remarkably（P0.01）after treatment.ConclusionsThe tensile spring occlusal splint is one of the effective methods in treating bruxism.
