摘 要:目的研究牙龈卟啉单胞菌脂多糖对人的外周血中多形核白细胞的凋亡作用。方法通过流式细胞仪对10名健康人外周血中多形核白细胞培养组(对照组)与不同浓度的牙龈卟啉单胞菌脂多糖和多形核白细胞共同培养组(实验组)进行比较研究,观察多形核白细胞的凋亡情况。结果实验组和对照组相比,多形核白细胞凋亡数明显减少(P<0.05)。结论牙龈卟啉单胞菌脂多糖以浓度依赖的形式延缓多形核白细胞的凋亡,细菌延缓细胞凋亡在牙周可疑致病菌的致病机制中可能具有重要的作用。Objective The aim of our study was to determine whether the polymorphonuclear leukocyte(PMN)undergo apoptosis in response to porphyromonas gingivalis lipopolysaccharide(LPS).MethodsFreshly isolated peripheral blood polymorphonuclear leukocyte obtained from 10 healthy volunteers was incubated with(experimental group)or without(control group) LPS to investigate the capacity of LPS to induce polymorphonuclear leukocyte′s apoptosis.ResultsOur results revealed that there was a marked decrease in apoptosis of polymorphonuclear leukocyte in experimental group compared with control group(P0.05).Conclusions The findings of the present study demonstrate that LPS delays PMN apoptosis in a dose-dependent fashion.It suggests that bacterial-delayed apoptosis may be an important role in the pathogenesis of periodontal disease.
