摘 要:目的研究冷光美白技术对牙釉质硬度和表面结构的影响。方法牙周病患者拔除的色素沉着切牙20颗,颊面近中进行冷光美白处理,颊侧远中作为空白对照,显微硬度计测量近中和远中牙釉质表面硬度,再用扫描电镜对釉质表面进行观察。结果后牙釉质硬度为359.68,空白对照组釉质硬度是363.22,两组釉质硬度无统计学差异(P>0.05)。漂白后釉质表面出现脱矿,3周后恢复正常。结论美白不降低牙釉质表面硬度,对釉质结构的影响在3周左右恢复。Objective To evaluate the influence of cold light whitening technique on enamelmicrohardness and structure of surface.Methods 20 pigmentation incisors extracted from patients with periodontal disease were sclected.The mesio-buccal surface were conducted with coldlight whitening technique,with disto-buccal as control.Measure the microhardness by microscleromete,and then,observe the enamel surface by SEM.Results Enamel microhardness of coldlight whitening group was 359.68,enamel microhardness of control group was 363.22,with no significant difference between two groups(P 0.05).After bleached,the enamel surface was demineralized under SEM,but back to normal two weeks later.ConclusionsColdlight whitening technique does not reduce the surface hardness of enamel,and the enamel structure is about to resume in two weeks.
