摘  要:目的:用有限元分析法比较3种不同横截面形状的镍钛根管器械在弯曲和扭转状态下的应力分布,研究横截面形状对镍钛根管器械弯曲和扭转性能的影响。方法:用micro-CT扫描3种镍钛根管器械(ProFile、ProTaper、ProTaper Universal)建立三维实体模型和有限元模型。用ANSYS 12.1有限元软件分析3种器械在弯曲和扭转载荷下的应力分布状况。结果:应力分布状况表明U形三角的ProFile的弯曲应力最小,凸边三角的ProTaper的扭转应力最小。在弯曲载荷下,应力集中位于ProFile的凹槽、ProTaper和ProTaper Univer-sal的切缘;在扭转载荷下,应力集中位于ProTaper的凸边、ProFile和ProTaper Universal的凹槽。结论:镍钛根管器械的横截面形状显著影响其弯曲和扭转性能。U形小凹槽改良设计提高了ProTaper Universal的抗弯性能,却使抗扭转性能稍有降低。ProTaper和ProTaper Universal适合狭窄细小根管的预备;而ProFile更适合弯曲根管的预备,预备狭小根管需谨慎。AIM: To compare the stress distribution of three NiTi instruments of various cross-sectional configurations under bending or torsional conditions using the finite element analysis,and to study the influence of the cross-sectional geometry on the mechanical behavior of NiTi endodontic instruments.METHODS: Three NiTi files(ProFile,ProTaper and ProTaper Universal) were scanned using Micro-CT to produce a three-dimensional digital model and finite element model.The behavior of the instruments under bending or torsional loads was analysed mathematically with software ANSYS 12.1.RESULTS: The U-like triangle ProFile showed the lowest bending stress,while the convex-triangle ProTaper showed the lowest torsional stress.The concentrations of stresses were mainly observed at the bottom of the flutes in ProFile and the cutting edge in ProTaper and ProTaper Universal during cantilever bending test while those were found at the bottom of the flutes in ProFile and ProTaper Universal and the convex in ProTaper during torsion test.CONCLUSION: The cross-sectional profile has a significant influence on the mechanical behavior of NiTi endodontic instruments.Incorporating a U-shaped groove design increases the flexibility but slightly decreases the rigidity of ProTaper Universal.ProTaper and ProTaper Universal might be more suitable for preparing the constricted canals,while ProFile might be more suitable for use in the severely curved canals.The use in the constricted canals is not recommended for ProFile.
