摘 要:采用不同温度下的动态剪切频率扫描试验,分析填缝料(橡胶沥青、聚氨酯、硅酮)复数剪切模量对温度和剪切频率的敏感性,探讨热老化和紫外光老化时间对填缝料复数剪切模量的影响.结果表明:3种填缝料复数剪切模量随着温度降低、剪切频率增大和老化时间延长均呈增大趋势;橡胶沥青复数剪切模量对温度、剪切频率变化最敏感,老化程度最严重;其次为聚氨酯;硅酮复数剪切模量对温度和剪切频率变化的敏感性最低,且抗紫外光老化能力最强.硅酮适用于紫外光照射强烈、气候寒冷地区高等级公路水泥混凝土路面;聚氨酯适用于气候温和地区一般公路水泥混凝土路面;橡胶沥青仅适用于气候较温暖且紫外光照射强度较低地区低等级公路水泥混凝土路面.As one of most important properties of joint sealant,complex shear modulus can be used to represent the adaptability of joint sealant to shear stain.According to the dynamic shear frequency sweep test,the susceptibility of complex shear modulus of joint sealant(rubber asphalt,polyurethane,silicone) to temperature and shear frequency was studied,and the influence of thermal aging time and ultraviolet ray aging time on complex shear modulus was investigated.The results show that complex shear moduli of 3 kinds of joint sealant increase as temperature lowers,shear frequency increases and aging time prolongs. The susceptibility of complex shear modulus of rubber asphalt to temperature and shear frequency is found to be the greatest and the severest aging of the material takes place;that of polyurethane is moderate;the susceptibility of complex shear modulus of silicone to temperature and shear frequency is the slightest showing that silicone has the best resistance to ultraviolet ray aging.Silicone can be used for high grade cement concrete pavement where the ultraviolet ray is strong and temperature is low;polyurethane can be used for common cement concrete pavement where the temperature is medium;and rubber asphalt can be used for low grade cement concrete pavement where the ultraviolet ray is weak and temperature is higher.
