β-连环素和P65在喉癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测β-连环素和P65在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达,探讨其与喉癌不同病理分级、临床分期以及二者在喉癌中表达的相关性。方法应用免疫组化技术检测42例喉癌及20例癌旁炎性组织石蜡切片中β-连环素和P65的表达,并分析上述指标与喉癌病理分级和临床分期的关系。结果①β-连环素在喉癌组织中的异位表达率66.7%(28/42),p65在喉癌组织中的阳性表达率为71.4%(30/42),二者在喉癌中的表达与癌旁炎性组织相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②β-连环素异位表达在喉癌不同病理分级、临床分期、有无淋巴转移、生存时间是否超过5年有差异性,随着病理分级、临床分期增高而表达率增高(P<0.05)。P65表达与临床分期、淋巴转移相关,但与病理分级及5年生存率无统计学意义(P>0.0 5)。③β-连环素、P 6 5在喉癌同时表达2 2例,有明显相关性(r=0.3 9 2,P<0.0 5)。结论β-连环素、P 6 5异常表达与喉癌分化、分期、转移可能有关。Objective To study the expression of β-catenin（β-cat） and P65 in laryngeal carcinoma and its correlation with pathological classification and clinical stages.Methods S-P immunochemical method was performed to detect the expression of β-cat and P65 in 42 specimens of laryngeal carcinoma and 20 of para-carcinoma tissue.The correlation between expression and pathological classification and clinical stages was analyzed.Results ① The abnormal expression rates of β-cat and P65 in laryngeal carcinoma tissue were66.7% and71.4% respectively.The differences of expression rates between laryngeal carcinoma and para-carcinoma tissue were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.② Abnormal expression of β-cat was closely related with pathological differentiation,clinical stages,lymph node metastasis and 5-year survival rate;its abnormal expression rate increased with the rise of pathological classification and clinical stages（P〈0.05）.Abnormal expression of P65 was closely related with clinical stages,lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）,but not with pathological classification and 5-year survival rate（P〉0.05）.③ P65 and β-cat were simultaneously expressed in 22 specimens of laryngeal carcinoma and the expression of P65 was significantly correlated with that of β-cat（r=0.392,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression of P65 is closely correlated with that of β-cat in laryngeal carcinoma.The abnormal expression of P65 and β-cat is closely related with differentiation,clinical stage,metastases in this tumor.
