摘 要:目的观察及探讨肝硬化大鼠肾脏血红素氧化酶-1(HO-1)的表达及意义。方法采用硫代乙酰胺(TAA)建立肝硬化模型,免疫组化染色观察肾脏中HO-1的表达与定位,图象分析定量测定HO-1的表达。结果肝硬化模型复制成功,HO-1主要在肾小管上皮细胞胞浆内表达。肝硬化组肾脏HO-1表达强度明显增高,而正常对照组HO-1表达较弱,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肝硬化时肾脏HO-1表达强度明显增高,HO-1/内源性CO系统可能参与了肝硬化肾损伤的病理及病理生理过程。Objective To observe and investigate the expression and significance of heme oxygenase-1(HO-1) in the kidney of cirrhotic rat.Methods Liver cirrhosis models were induced by thioacetamide(TAA).Pathological changes of the renal tissues were observed by HE stain and the changes and location of HO-1 were observed by immunohistochemistry.The quantitative analysis of changes in kidneys morphology and the expression level of HO-1 were measured by image analyzing system.Results Cirrhosis models were successfully constructed.HO-1 distribute mainly in renal tubular epithelial cells.The degree of the expression of HO-1 in cirrhotic rats was markedly higher than that of normal control group(P0.01).Conclusion The expression of HO-1 in the kidney of cirrhotic rat is greatly enhanced.The HO-1/CO system is probably involved in the pathogenesis of renal damage in hepatic cirrhosis.
