摘　　要：Some properties of solutions for the difference Riccati equations are obtained. The existence and forms of rational solutions, and the Borel exceptional value, zeros, poles and fixed points of transcendental solutions are researched.Some properties of solutions for the difference Riccati equations are obtained.
