医用胶治疗肝硬化合并鼻出血的有效性研究

摘　　要：目的分析合并肝硬化的鼻出血患者的发病特点,探讨应用医用胶治疗此类患者的可行性与治疗效果。方法回顾性分析北京佑安医院耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科使用医用医用粘合胶治疗合并肝硬化的鼻出血病例,共30例,34侧。治疗方法为应用医用胶喷涂出血处,观察时间均为72 h,72 h后进行疗效判定,疗效分为显效、有效、无效3种。结果使用医用胶喷涂法治疗合并肝硬化的鼻出血病例30例,其中显效25例,一次性治愈率为83.3%;有效4例;无效1例。总有效率为96.6%。2月后复查,鼻腔出血点黏膜生长平滑。结论医用胶局部喷涂治疗鼻出血,方法操作安全、简便,疗效快,患者痛苦小,可取得理想治理效果。该方法与胶原蛋白填塞相结合,对于鼻腔黏膜干燥、菲薄、易糜烂的合并肝硬化的鼻出血患者有较好疗效。Objective To analyze the characteristics of epistaxis patients with cirrhosis,and to investigate the feasibility and efficacy of medical biogel for managing such patients.Methods The study was a retrospective analysis of 30 epistaxis patients with cirrhosis of the 34 sides treated in our hospital,which were treated by medical biogel spraying exactly to the bleeding nasal mucosa.The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated 72 hours late.The efficacy was divided into significant effective,effective and non-effective.Results Of 30 patients,the treatment was effective in 29,with a curative rate of 96.6%.After 2 months,the bleeding nasal mucosa recovered.Conclusion Medical biogel sprays to bleeding wound is very easy,safety and effective for epistaxis patients,which can bring less pain and more efficacy.Combining with collagen sponge,the way makes special efficacy to the epistaxis patients with cirrhosis.
