摘  要:[目的]了解蔗扁蛾幼虫在甘蔗上的生物学特性。[方法]通过不同寄主对蔗扁蛾幼虫的饲养试验,观察并对比分析蔗扁蛾幼虫在甘蔗上的生物学特性。[结果]甘蔗饲养蔗扁蛾幼虫死亡率高于马铃薯饲养,幼虫为8龄,幼虫发育历期比马铃薯饲养的高出34.6 d,完成1个世代平均需要98.8 d。从幼虫头宽、体长和体重的观测值来看,甘蔗饲养的蔗扁蛾幼虫基本符合幼虫生长发育规律。[结论]研究结果为制定蔗扁蛾的有效防控措施,保证甘蔗的安全生产提供了理论依据。[Objective] The paper was to understand the biological characteristics of Opogona sacchari(Bojer) larvae in sugarcane.[Method] Through the rearing test of O.sacchari larvae with different hosts,the biological characteristics of O.sacchari larvae in sugarcane were observed and analyzed.[Result] The mortality rate of O.sacchari larvae fed with sugarcane was higher than that fed with potato.The larva had 8 instars,and the development duration of the larvae fed with sugarcane was 34.6 d longer than that fed with potato.The larvae needed about 98.8 d to complete a generation in average.Viewed from the observation values of head width,body length and weight of larvae,O.sacchari larvae fed with sugarcane were basically accorded with the growth and development law of larvae.[Conclusion] The results provided theoretical basis for the preparation of effective measures against O.sacchari and the assurance of safe production of sugarcane.
