摘  要:[目的]制备联苯菊酯纳米乳,并对其性能进行表征。[方法]25℃下用乳化相转变法制备了水包油型联苯菊酯纳米乳,探讨了乳液的形成机理,并用DLS、TEM、接触角仪、表面张力仪和高效液相色谱法对乳液性能进行表征。[结果]联苯菊酯纳米乳的形成过程发生了相转变;纳米乳体系的颗粒为球形,粒径主要分布在25~30 nm;在石蜡表面的接触角小于90°,润湿效果较好,表面张力低于40mN/m,乳化效果好,提高了联苯菊酯的利用率;高效液相色谱测试结果表明,联苯菊酯不易分解或析出,稳定性好。[结论]研究结果为新型杀虫剂配方的研制奠定了基础。[Objective] The paper was to prepare bifenthrin nanoemulsions,and to characterize its property.[Method] Oil in water type of bifenthrin nanoemulsions was prepared using emulsion phase inversion method at constant temperature of 25 ℃.The formation mechanism of nanoemulsions was investigated,and the property of bifenthrin nanoemulsions was characterized by dynamic light scattering(DLS),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),contact angle instrument,interfacial tension instrument and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).[Result] Phase inversion occurred during the formation progress of bifenthrin nanoemulsions;the particles of nanoemulsions system was sphere,and the particle size was mainly distributed in a range of 25-30 nm;the contact angle on paraffin was less than 90° with good moist effect;the interfacial tension was less than 40 mN/m,and the emulsification effect was also good,so the utilization efficiency of bifenthrin nanoemulsions was improved.HPLC results showed that bifenthrin was not easy to decompose or precipitate with good stability.[Conclusion] The result provided basis for the preparation of new type of insecticides.
