摘　　要：从天津现代农业产后领域的发展要求出发,提出了农业高校应培养服务于天津现代农业产后领域的应用型人才,并提出了人才培养模式的实践教学改革措施。Proceeding from the development requirement of after harvesting domain of Tianjin modern agriculture,the idea that agricultural university should educate utility personnel for the after harvesting domain of Tianjin modern agriculture was proposed.In addition,practical teaching revolution measure for personnel cultivation mode was put forward.
