摘　　要：随着ＳＴＣＷ 新公约的生效和实施，航海教育改革在世界范围展开。本文从航海教育模式和院校管理体制两个视角比较研究国内外航海教育的经验和特点。With the entry into force and implementation of new STCW Convention, radical changes of maritime education and training are taking place around the world. This paper makes comparisons of maritime education between internal and external maritime institutions in view of the educational system and administrative organization, and also states the necessity and significance of the educational innovation of maritime institutions in China.
