摘　　要：目的:探讨BRCA2蛋白表达在散发性乳腺癌中的作用。方法:收集86例乳腺癌及癌旁组织、48例乳腺增生症手术标本,采用免疫组化S-P法检测BRCA2蛋白在各例中的表达情况。结果:BRCA2表达在乳腺癌、乳腺癌旁组织、乳腺增生症中的阳性率分别为41.8%(36/86)、75.6%(65/86)和97.9%(46/48),三组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:BRCA2蛋白异常表达在散发性乳腺癌发生发展过程中起着一定作用。Objective：To explore the role of expressions of BRCA2 protein in sporadic breast cancer.Methods：Collection of 86 cases of breast cancer and adjacent cancer tissues,48 cases of breast hyperplasia surgical specimens,Collected immunohist-Chemical S-P method detected for BRCA2 protein in the case of the expression.Results：BRCA2 expression in breast cancer、breast cancer adjacent cancer tissues and breast hyperplasia in the positive rates were 41.8%（36/86）、75.6%（65/86） and 97.9%（46/48）,among the three groups,the difference was significant.Conclusion：The aberrant expression of BRCA2 protein plays a major role in distributed breast cancer.
