2005～2010年内蒙古医院皮肤性病门诊梅毒病例分析

摘　　要：目的：分析2005年1月~2010年11月期间内蒙古医院皮肤性病门诊梅毒流行趋势。方法：查阅我科2005年1月~2010年11月性病门诊记录,并把诊断为梅毒患者的相关信息填入自制的梅毒统计表。结果：2005年1月~2010年11月来我院就诊并确诊为梅毒患者总共1 397例,主要是Ⅰ期和Ⅱ梅毒,占96.63%。男女性别比1.17∶1,年龄主要集中在21~40岁,占67.50%;梅毒患者前3甲分别是性服务人员、农民工和司机,占68.29%;主要传播途径是性传播,占66%。结论：内蒙古医院皮肤性病科门诊梅毒确诊病例逐年上升,并有年轻化趋势,梅毒防治工作任重而道远。Objective：To analysis the trend of the case of Syphilis in Out-patient department of of Inner Mongolia hospital during 2005～2010.Methods： Checking STD clinic record from January 2005 to December 2010 and place patients related information whose was diagnosed syphilis in to syphilis table.Results： From January 2005 to December 2010,It was diagnosed syphilis 1 397 cases,ⅠandⅡ syphilis take up 96.63%.Men compare to women is 1.17：1;age is mainly concentrated in 21 to 40,about 67.50%;service personnel、 driver and peasant workers account for the third,about 68.29%;The main transmission is sex,accounts for 66%.Conclusion： From the date of the hospital of Inner Mongolia,the case of syphilis is rising year by year and have a trend to young,all of this make the prevention so hard.
