P16蛋白在疣状胃炎、胃癌的表达和幽门螺杆菌感染的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨P16蛋白在疣状胃炎、胃癌组织的表达及其与幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的相关性。方法选择经胃镜确诊的疣状胃炎和正常胃黏膜标本各80例,另选胃癌和癌旁组织各80例患者进行P16蛋白及Hp检测。结果胃癌和疣状胃炎组织的Hp感染率均高于正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.05),而胃癌和疣状胃炎之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);癌旁组织、疣状胃炎和正常胃黏膜的P16表达率均高于胃癌组织(P<0.05),而疣状胃炎和正常胃黏膜的P16表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疣状胃炎组织中Hp感染与P16表达存在低度相关关系(C=0.282);胃癌组织中Hp感染与P16表达存在中度相关关系(C=0.416)。结论 Hp感染、P16表达均与疣状胃炎和胃癌的发生发展密切相关,Hp感染、P16表达在胃癌的发生过程起协同作用。Objective To investigate the expressions of P16 protein in verrucous gastritis,gastric cancer and their correlation with Helicobacter pylori（Hp）.Methods 80 cases of verrucous gastritis confirmed by gastroscope and normal gastric mucosa 80 cases of gastric cancer and their adjacent tissues were collected,P16 protein and Hp were detected in these sample.Results The Hp infection rates in verrucous gastritis and verrucous gastritis were higher than that of normal gastric mucosa（P0.05）,but no significant difference was found between verrucous gastritis and verrucous gastritis（P0.05）;The expressions of P16 protein in gastric cancer adjacent tissues,verrucous gastritis and normal gastric mucosa were greatly higher than that in gastric cancer（P0.05）,while verrucous gastritis and normal gastric mucosa had no significant difference（P0.05）;low correlation was found between Hp infection in verrucous gastritis and the expression of P16 protein（C=0.282）,the Hp infection and expression of P16 protein in gastric cancer presented moderate correlation（C=0.416）.Conclusion The Hp infection and P16 protein expression are involved the development of verrucous gastritis and gastric cancer,and Hp infection and P16 protein expression play a synergistic effect in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer.
