摘　　要：目的:探讨肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤(AML)的MR I诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的11例肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤的MR I表现与临床病理特点。结果:11例AML中,肿块多呈圆形或类圆形,边界清楚。含有脂肪组织为主的肿块10例,混杂密度的肿块1例。增强扫描软组织、分隔轻度强化,脂肪组织无强化。结论:MR I在诊断肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤中具有重要价值。Objective：To evaluate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） in differential diagnosis of adrenal myelolipoma（AML）.Methods： The clinical data were reviewed regarding the MRI features and pathological findings in 11 cases of AML confirmed by post-operative pathology.Results： AML was characterized by round or oval mass and distinct margin in the total 11 cases.Fatty tissues were prominently seen in 10 and mass with mixed density was found in 1.Contrast enhancement of the soft tissues totally showed slight separation of the lesion,but free of enchancement in fatty tissues.Conclusion： MRI is of great importance in diagnosis of AML.
