摘　　要：通过对2005版和2009版国际竞技健美操评分规则的对比分析,探讨了新规则的主要变化特点以及由此呈现出的技术发展趋势。结果表明:新规则提高了成套动作的艺术性要求,减轻了单人项目运动员的体能负担,完善了三人和六人项目难度动作的计分方式,使项目的发展更趋艺术化、科学化和规范化。Based on the comparative analysis on the FIG Code of Points of Aerobic Gymnastics between edition 2005 and edition 2009,this paper discusses the characteristics of the changes of the new code of points and the technical developing trends as a result.The results indicate that the new code of points improve the artistic demands of movements,lighten the burden of physical ability at individual events,and consummate the way of calculating the score of elements for trios and groups,in order to promote the development of aerobic gymnastics events in a artistic,scientific and normalized way.
