摘　　要：针对当前国内城市交通现状,在全面分析城市交通所面对突出问题的基础之上,定位于城市交通需求体系,提出以交通和谐发展为主导思想的交通需求管理方法,以期为构建便捷、安全、舒适的和谐交通环境提供根本保障。In light of current domestic urban traffic status,based on comprehensively analyzing obvious problems in urban traffic,it locates in urban traffic demand system,and proposes traffic demand management method with the theme of harmonious traffic,with a view to provide guarantee for convenient and safe and comfortable harmonious traffic environment.
