摘　　要：政绩主体需要问题是政绩理论的核心问题。为科学把握政绩主体需要的本质,以价值哲学为视角,对政绩主体、政绩主体需要进行界定,并揭示政绩主体需要的社会性、系统性和矛盾性三大特征。Requirement of achievement subject is the key issue of achievement theory.To grasp the essence of requirement of achievement subject scientifically,the paper defined achievement subject,requirement of achievement subject from the perspective of value philosophy and revealed three characteristics of requirement of achievement subject,i.e.sociality,systematization and contradiction.
