HPV16-E6蛋白和Survivin在宫颈鳞癌及其癌前病变中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨HPV16-E6蛋白和Survivin在宫颈鳞癌和宫颈上皮内瘤变组织中的表达以及在宫颈癌发生、发展中的作用。方法取宫颈鳞癌30例、宫颈上皮内瘤变90例(其中CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ分别30例),采用免疫组化EnVision二步法检测标本中HPV16-E6和Survivin的表达,另取正常宫颈者10例为对照组。结果 HPV16-E6和Survivin在宫颈鳞癌及宫颈上皮内瘤变中的表达随宫颈病变进展而呈递增趋势,且二者呈正相关;HPV16-E6和Survivin在宫颈鳞癌中的表达与患者年龄,临床分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移无关。结论 HPV16-E6和Sur-vivin与宫颈癌的发生、发展密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression of HPV16-E6 protein and Survivin in tissue of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and the effect during generation,development of cervical carcinoma.Methods The expression of HPV16-E6 protein and Survivin in 120 cases of study group tissues,including CIN Ⅰ,CIN Ⅱ,CIN Ⅲ,cervical squamous cell carcinoma,respectively 30 cases,were detected by Immunohistochemical EnVision two stages method.Another 10 cases of normal cervical tissues as a control group.Results The expression of HPV16-E6 and Survivin in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia showed increasing trend and positive correlation.The expression of HPV16-E6 and Survivin had no relations to patient age,clinical stages,pathological grades,lymph node metastasis.Conclusion HPV16-E6 and Survivin are closely related to the generation,development of cervical carcinoma.
