摘  要:将我国大麦基因库划分成主基因库、二级基因库和三级基因库等不同的结构类群,分析了主基因库18839份种质资源共26个表型性状的多样性及其地理分布。总体上讲,国内大麦的多样性高于国外大麦,从野生大麦经农家到现代育成品种,多样性逐渐降低。库内各省区的大麦种质资源保存份数与多样性大小相关不显著。多样性的地区分布不均匀,主要集中在云贵、青藏高原和四川、黄河流域和长江中下游地区,表现特点与分布区生态密切相关。Barley gene bank of China was classified into different structure groups and diversity of 18839 barley germplasm of the primary gene pool was studied based on 26 phenotypic characters. In general, the diversity of native barley was higher than that from abroad.It was shown that phenotypic diversity reduced gradually from wild through landrace to morden bred barley. No significant relation was found between the accession number of the barley from different provinces and the phenotypic diversity. Geographical distribution of barley diversity was not even, mainly concentrated in three areas in China: west and southwest plateau region, the Yellow River valley and the middle and lower valley of the Yangtze River.
