摘　　要：利用Pro/E软件以part格式建立液压支架模型,代替asm格式的组件模型,以最大限度地简化模型结构,改善网格划分质量、提高计算精度。利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件模拟液压支架工况对ZY5000/15/30型掩护式液压支架进行了有限元静力分析,得出了支架在该工况下最大应力值及其分布特点,从而可以改善液压支架结构,为液压支架的结构优化设计提供了理论指导。Hydraulic support＇s 3D modeling is built with the format of part by Pro/E in order to simulate the model with format of asm.So the model is simplified deeply,as a result,grid generating and caculating precision is improved.Force condition of ZY5000/15/30 hydraulic support is analyzed,Using finite element software ANSYS Workbench to analyse the hydraulic support,so stress and position where the stress is the largest is found out.According to this,structure of hydraulic support can be modified and theoretical basis is provided for design and study of hydraulic support.
