摘　　要：介绍了电子产品封装技术中环氧树脂、聚氨酯、硅橡胶等封装材料的应用及其优缺点;重点介绍了一种新的封装技术——低压注塑成型工艺以及所使用的聚酰胺热熔胶。Several electronic encapsulation materials are introduced in this paper, such as epoxy resin, polyurethane, silicon rubber. And the advantage, disadvantage and applications of the materials are showed. A new packaging technology low pressure injection molding with polyamide hot melt adhesives is referred as a focal point.
