软岩的旋转触探诸参数间的内在关系

摘  要:为经济快速合理地确定不同地层的旋转触探运行参数,及进一步研究通过触探诸参数确定岩石力学参数的方法,必须明确旋转触探软岩样时探头上的负荷、扭矩与探头的转速、钻进速度之间的内在关系。在理论研究分析的基础上,用角片式探头在笔者研制的"旋进式触探机"上系统地进行砌块的旋转触探试验,且结合已报道的对石灰岩和砂岩用PDC钻头在室内进行的钻进试验数据分析验证了触探岩土体时探头上的负荷、扭矩和其钻进参数间内在关系的正确性。得到了以下结论:当探头的转速不变,则扭矩和负荷与钻进速度呈线性关系;当探头的钻进速度不变时,负荷和扭矩与转速呈-1次曲线关系;当探头的钻进速度和转速不变时,扭矩与负荷间呈线性变化关系;当探头上的扭矩与负荷不变时,转速与钻进速度呈正比关系。To drill or cut rock economically and quickly and rationally to further study of the method of determining rock mechanics parameters in the light of data from drilling and probing,the intrinsic quantitive relationships among axial pressure,torque on the probe,revolution and penetrating rate must be made clear.The intrinsic quantitive relationships are studied theoretically and then tests of penetrating building block samples with angle-flake probe are carried out on the rotary penetrating machine in the laboratory.The intrinsic relationships discovered in the paper are proved according to data about building block samples together with those reported sand and limestone rock drilled with PDC on the boring machine in the laboratory.The important conclusions are drawn for a kind of samples a) that both torque and axial pressure increase linearly with penetrating rate as long as revolution is constant and b) that there is inversely-proportional relationship between torque,axial pressure and revolution when penetrating rate is constant,c) that torque increases linearly with axial pressure when penetrating rate and revolution are constant and d) that there is linear correlation between penetrating rate and revolution if torque and axial pressure are constant.
