摘　　要：从知识门类上划分,油料勤务属于社会科学范畴,作为为部队服务的一门学科,又具有它的特殊性,尤其是和部队实际工作结合紧密,实践性强。如何让学员通过教与学的互动,通过油料勤务的学习,能够初步胜任部队油料工作,是油料勤务的教学目标,对油料勤务教学方法的创新和改革就非常必要,论文依据课堂教学实践,从教学理念的转变、角色扮演法、案例教学法、问题教学法、讨论式教学几个方面对油料勤务教学进行了探析。According to the categories of knowledge,oil service belongs to social science.As a service discipline for the troops,it also has its particularities,especially it is combined closely with the practical military work,due to its strong practicality.？How to make the students equal to the work of oil service through interactive teaching as well as learning the fuel service is our teaching objective.Innovation and reform of the teaching methods are necessary.Based on classroom teaching the？change of teaching idea and role playing,case-teaching problem-teaching and seminar the paper makes a research and analysis of the teaching of oil service.
