摘　　要：随着我国经济的迅猛发展,房地产业也已成为国民经济中的支柱产业,房地产企业要想寻求长远地发展,就必须制订出适合实际情况的发展战略。采用外部因素评价(EFE)矩阵、VRIO模型、内部因素评价(IFE)矩阵等分析方法,对X房地产企业进行了全面系统的战略分析,给出了X企业未来的发展方向和具体的战略措施。With the rapid developing of our country,the real estate has become the backer property of the national economy.The real estate company must make suitable developmental strategy if it want to a further development.According to the step of EFE matrix,IFE matrix,VRIO analysis model,this paper analyse X company completely and systematically,give the develop direction in future and the concrete measures.
