弥可保治疗原发性青光眼视功能损害的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨弥可保对原发性青光眼视功能损害的治疗作用。方法将用药物或手术控制眼压≤2.793 kPa原发性青光眼病人46例58眼随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予弥可保500μg口服,每天3次,对照组单纯监测眼压,治疗6个月。复查视野平均视敏度缺损(MD)值及进行视盘光学相干断层(OCT)扫描分析。结果治疗后治疗组病人视野MD、视盘盘沿面积与治疗前及对照组比较明显提高(t=2.259～3.076,P<0.05)。结论弥可保对原发性青光眼有较好的疗效,可以明显改善病人视神经功能及视盘部分结构参数。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of Mecobalamin on visual function damage in primary glaucoma（PG）. Methods Forty-six PG patients（58 eyes） of IOP≤2.793 kPa controlled by medicine or operation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in the treatment group received Mecobalamin 500 μg,orally,three times a day,for six months;those in the control group,monitoring ocular tension only.After six months,the mean defect（MD） of visual field and rim area（RA） of optic disc were rechecked by Octpus 101 and optical coherence tomography（OCT）. Results The MD and RA of patients in the treatment group were significantly improved after therapy,the outcome was much better than those in the control group（t=2.259-3.076,P0.05）. Conclusion Mecobalamin has a good curative effect on primary glaucoma.It can markedly improve optic nerve function and the structure parameters of optic disc.
