医患视角下的临床路径调查分析

摘　　要：目的研究医院临床路径实施过程中各种可能的影响因素,探讨其对策。方法就临床路径实施情况对病人及医务人员进行问卷调查,并对实施临床路径病人病历资料进行回顾性研究,分析其变异情况。结果绝大多数医务人员和病人对临床路径的实施持积极态度,受试者对临床路径认知程度、自身文化水平、不同疾病差异等导致问卷结果差异和变异情况的发生。结论临床路径的实施有着多方面的积极作用,进一步推广应用需改进临床路径的宣传教育、制定和落实情况。Objective To study the possible factors influencing the implementation of a clinical pathway and their countermeasures. Methods A self-designed questionnaire on implementation of a clinical pathway was used among medical workers and patients.A retrospective study was made on the medical records of patients underwent the clinical pathway,and variations were analyzed. Results Most medical staffs and patients reacted positively to the implementation of clinical pathway.Differences in the understanding level and the education background of the participants and among different diseases led to variations of the results on the questionnaire. Conclusion The implementation of the clinical pathway have many-sided positive effects.For further popularization,publicity and education on the improvement of clinical pathway is necessary.
