鱼粉废水发酵生产微生物油脂技术研究

摘　　要：以鱼粉废水为培养基,研究了斯达式油脂酵母HL发酵生产微生物油脂的效果及影响因素。结果表明,添加20 g/L的葡萄糖,初始pH值为4时,生物量高达17.62 g/L,油脂产量为2.71 g/L,COD及蛋白质去除率分别为43.44%和91.15%。所产油脂中脂肪酸主要成分为肉豆蔻酸(C14∶0)和棕榈酸(C16∶0)。In the study,the fishmeal wastewater（FW） is used as a novel medium to produce microbial lipid by strain Lipomyces Starkeyi HL,and the influences of different factors on lipid production are also researched.The experimental results show that addition of 20 g/L glucose at initial pH 4.0 can obtain the best results： 17.62 g/L of biomass,2.71 g/L of lipid yield,91.15% of protein removal and 43.44% of COD removal.The main composition of fatty acid in the lipid is myristic acid（C14∶0） and palmitic acid（C16∶0）.
