高速纸箱成型机构的反求设计

摘　　要：为了提高国产纸箱成型机的成型速度,更好地吸收国外先进技术,以引进设备为基础,采用反求设计理论就转速提高后的成型机构进行了分析研究,采用Solidworks软件建立了三维实体模型,并采用插件(Cosmosmotion)对其运动特性进行仿真分析,分析结果表明,反求得出的该机构符合高速纸箱成型机的工艺特性。In order to speed up the domestic carton erector and better absorb technology from abroad,reverse design theory was used to analysis the carton erecting machinery after speeding-up based on the imported equipment.Then 3D model of cam-machine is built using Cosmosmotion,and studied simulation analysis of the mechanism motion characteristic,the results show that this mechanism could accord with technological property of high speed erector.
