激光泪道成形术联合硅油治疗阻塞性泪道疾病156例

摘　　要：目的评价激光泪道成形术联合硅油治疗阻塞性泪道疾病的疗效。方法应用国产KTP泪道激光治疗机,行激光泪道成形术联合硅油灌注治疗156例(217眼)阻塞性泪道疾病患者,术后适时冲洗泪道。结果泪小点闭塞、泪小管阻塞、泪总管阻塞、鼻泪管阻塞、慢性泪囊炎组的有效率分别为91.7、93.9、96.3%和95.9%,81.3%。治愈率分别为91.7、87.8、92.6、92.8%和71.9%。结论激光泪道成形术联合硅油灌注治疗阻塞性泪道疾病安全、成功率高,皮肤无瘢痕,痛苦小,术后复诊次数少。Objective To study the therapeutic effects of the laser lacrimal plasty combined with silicone oil on obstruc- tive lacrimal disease, and postoperative care were analyzed. Methods Two hundred and seventeen eyes in 156 patients, with obstructive diseases of lacrimal passage, were treated with laser lacrimal plasty （domestic KTP machine） combined with silicone oil infusion. Lacrimal duct was irrigated after surgery at proper time. Results The effective rates in obstruction of lacrimal puncture, canalicular, common canaliculus, nasolacrimal duct and chronic dacryocystitis group were 91.7, 93.9, 96.3, 95.9% and 81.3%, respectively. The cure rates were 91.7, 87.8, 92.6, 92.8% and 71.9%, respectively. Conclusions Treatment of obstructive lacrimal disease with laser lacrimal plasty combined with silicone oil infusion is safe, with high successrate, no skin scar, less pain, and less postoperative treatment. It can facilitate patients {rom remote areas.
