基于数据挖掘技术分析生活习惯对慢性非传染性疾病的影响

摘　　要：通过数据挖掘的方法分析了某大学健康体检数据,以对慢性疾病的发展进行必要的预防,实施有效干预,及时控制危险因素。方法是选取2年的体格检查数据,对1470人体检数据进行分析。结果表明,慢性非传染性疾病与人的日常生活、膳食营养、生活习惯等紧密相关,年龄、婚姻状况、烟酒嗜好、膳食习惯以及运动状况、工作强度等分别为各主要疾病的相关影响因素。所以,改善不良生活方式和习惯,提高自我保健及防护能力,加强慢性病的防治,是改善生活质量的关键。The data of a university health check are analyzed by using data mining method,so as to adopt necessary prevention measures,implement effective interventions and control risk factors in time for the development of chronic diseases.We choose 2-year physical examination data and analyze the medical data of 1470 persons in it.The results show that noninfectious chronic diseases are closely related to people＇s the daily life,food nutrition and daily habits,moreover age,marital status,tobacco and liquor hobby,dietary habits as well as physical activities and work intensity are respectively the related effect factors for some major diseases.So to change harmful lifestyle and habits,enhance self-care and protection and strengthen chronic disease prevention is the key to improve the quality of life.
