儿童严重眼外伤玻璃体视网膜手术效果分析

摘　　要：目的 评价儿童严重眼外伤玻璃体视网膜手术的效果.方法 儿童严重眼外伤施行玻璃体视网膜手术38例（38眼）,进行回顾性分析.结果 38例中,术前术后检查视力合作者30例,其中出院时视力好转者17例（56.67%）,不变者11例（36.67%）,下降者2例（6.66%）.另视力检查不合作者8例.复诊硅油取出者14例,取出后视力提高者10例（71.43%）,视力不变者4例（28.57%）.结论 玻璃体视网膜手术是治疗儿童严重眼外伤,挽救视力和保全眼球的重要手段.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the vitreoretinal surgery on the treatment of children serious ocular trauma. Methods Thirty-eight cases（38 eyes） of serious ocular trauma in children collected from Jan. 2008 to Nov. 2010 were analysed retrospectively, which were underwent vitreoretiual surgery in our hospital given by the same doctor. Results In the 38 cases,the children cooperated with visual acuity examination in 30 cases. The vision of 17 eyes improved （ 56.67% ）, 11 eyes remained unchanged （36.67%） ,and 2 eyes worsen （6.66%） ,and 8 children could not cooperate. 14 cases had undergone silicone oil extraction. The vision improved in 10 cases（71.43% ） after silicone oil extraction,it was unchanged in 4 cases（28.57% ）. Conclusion Vitreoretinal surgery is an important method for children ocular trauma, which could remedy vision, and improve prognosis.
