摘　　要：目的 探讨睫状体脱离复位术联合虹膜根部断离修复手术的临床应用价值.方法 对23例（23眼）眼挫伤、爆炸伤后睫状体脱离合并虹膜根部断离采取在同一切口行睫状体脱离复位术联合虹膜根部断离缝合术.结果 23眼联合术式全部一次睫状体脱离复位成功,前房加深,瞳孔恢复圆形或成椭圆形.眼压及大多数视力较术前提高.结论 同一切口,联合手术,操作方便,效果良好.Objective To evaluated the combined surgery for traumatic ciliary detachment with iridodiastasis. Methods 23 cases （23 eyes） with eye contusion accepted combined surgery for traumatic ciliary detachmet with iridodiastasis through the same incision. Results All of the 23 cases （23eyes） got a reattachment of ciliary after the combined surgery,with a deepen anterior champer and round pupil. The postoperative intraocular pressure and visual acuity was improved. Conclusion The combined surgery for traumatic ciliary detachmet with iridodiastasis is safe,effective under the same incision.
