摘　　要：目的 探讨结膜瓣掩盖术治疗难治性角膜溃疡的临床效果.方法 药物治疗无效又未穿孔的角膜溃疡84例（84眼）,行球结膜瓣掩盖术治疗.结果 80眼术后一次成功,治愈率95.24%,4眼球结膜瓣退缩,行二次手术治疗,其中1眼发生继发性青光眼,行虹膜周边切除术治疗.讨论球结膜瓣掩盖术能有效的控制角膜溃疡的发展,保存眼球,并为进一步的复明手术创造条件.Objective To evaluate conjunctival flap covering for treatment of refractory corneal ulcer.Methods Eight-four cases of corneal ulcer that were ineffective by treatment of medicine had undergone conjunctival flap covering treatment. No perforated corneal ulcer was included. Results 80 cases were successful, the cure rate was 95. 24%. Conjunctival flap shrunk and underwent secondary surgery in 4 eyes, in which one case had secondary glaucoma, and iridectomy was applicated. Conclusion Bubar conjunctival flap covering can effectively control the development of corneal ulcers, save the eye, and give chance for further sight restoring.
